OneSails arrives in Swiss The new OneSails loft (170 sq), is located in Genthod, inside the bay of Creux de Genthod, just 3 km away from Geneva and overlooking Lake Geneva, where more than 200 boats, between 20 and 40 feet, are moored.
The technical and operational management is entrusted to Benjamin "Ben" Flückiger, 32, a former sailor and well known Swiss sailmaker with over 10 years of industry experience, joined by his brother Nicolas in the administration and control.
Ben said: "The quality and technology OneSails are absolutely in line with the requirements of the very demanding Swiss market focused on details and always looking for high-performance products. The market is composed of 60% from cruising/performance boats, 20% by high-performance boats with a 10% of one design, while only the remaining 10% still using a Dacron sails. I'm pretty sure OneSails will emerge in a very short time here in Switzerland and our commitment in this regard will be absolute."
